We serve individuals with disabilities, that are currently working through the Occupational and Vocational Rehabilitation Services (OVR) of Pennsylvania, that are actively interested in job placement. This includes any individual unable to work from physical or intellectual disabilities. The OVR provides rehabilitation and employment services for people with disabilities. They also provide services to eligible individuals both directly and through a network of approved vendors such as Opportunities Unlimited.

How it works

MONITORING YOUR ALLOWED TIME TO WORK

We use time cards to monitor your hours per week worked. We are careful to work around any governmental disability stipulations some individuals are required to work under (such as not working more than X amount of hours per week or other SSI provisions).

COACHING ALONG THE WAY

Job coaching is individual and developed on a case-by-case basis. Often, our job coaches will start with an assessment of your skills. From there, we help you build a, “skills plan” that aids your job search.

METRICS FOR SUCCESS

After 90 days you are evaluated by a crew leader and manager via an evaluation sheet. The evaluation gives clients the opportunity to see their growth and areas for improvement.
