How We Help You Find A Job

Currently, we help individuals with job placement through Pennsylvania’s Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR).

OVR Defined

The Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) provides rehabilitation and employment services for people with disabilities. OVR provides services to eligible individuals both directly and through a network of approved vendors such as Opportunities Unlimited.

How We Monitor Your Allowed Time To Work

We use time cards to monitor your hours per week worked. We are careful to work around any governmental disability stipulations some individuals are required to work under (such as not working more than X amount of hours per week or other SSI provisions).

How We Coach You Along the Way

Job coaching is individual and developed on a case-by-case basis. Often, our job coaches will start with an assessment of your skills. From there, we help you build a, “skills plan” that aids your job search.

Metrics For Success For Job Seeker
