Staff who are well trained in Social Security benefits and work incentives
Staff who have received comprehensive training in other federal transfer programs and state-specific programs

You can expect to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times.

Opportunities Unlimited of Erie staff will:

Assist in identifying your needs and interests, and work with you to develop a mutually agreed-upon Individual Work Plan (IWP).
Serve as your advocate should you require additional services and/or assistance or if you feel your rights have been violated.
Encourage and support you.
Assist you in becoming as independent as possible.
Work as hard as you do to help reach your employment goals.

If your needs change, our staff will assist you in developing future plans to accommodate those changes.

Opportunities Unlimited of Erie may not request or accept any compensation from you for the cost of services and supports we provide.

Your personal information, including your Social Security number and information about your disability, will be kept private and confidential at all times.
